Instructions

To create your custom banner, enter your booth number and click on the “Update Image” button. We’ll generate a custom banner ad with your booth number that you can download.

To save your custom banner ad, click on the “Download Banner” button. You can also drag it from the screen directly to your desktop. Or you can also click on the image and download it to your computer.

How to Upload to Outlook
  1. Open a new message and then select Insert > Signature > Signatures.
  2. In the Select signature to edit box, choose the signature you want to add a logo or image to.
  3. Select the Image icon, locate your image file, and select Insert.
  4. To add a URL to signature, select the Hyperlink icon , and copy and paste this URL into the address field: https://bit.ly/3PXQH1J
  5. When you’re done, select OK, then select OK again to save the changes to your signature.

How to Upload to Gmail
  1. Open Gmail.
  2. In the top right, click Settings and then See all settings.
  3. In the “Signature” section, add your banner, and save your changes.

NOTE: Gmail does not traditionally support linking a URL into the address field
